ProlificKid® Films only ships domestically within the U.S. All orders are shipped via USPS.

Please allow up to 3 business days for us to verify and process an order. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for delivery.

We reserve the right to cancel an order at anytime. Similarly, we reserve the right to request additional information from our customers for verification purposes.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged merchandise or delayed delivery once we have shipped your order. Once you have received a delivery confirmation number, any claims should be made with the carrier.

We reserve the right to change or update our shipping policies and procedures at any time without notification.
